Would you sell the blue trailer as a utility trailer? insulated, interior lights and outlets. No sinks, cabinets or refrigerators. But keep the window, hatch and fold down table Basically just a small Insulated box trailer to haul tools and parts, with the hatch and table acting as a work bench. I love the look and size but don't need a food trailer. If so would the vin# plate say utility trailer instead of food trailer? ( Aaronw******@gmail.com )

2022-12-30 08:36:01So the health department has to be notified if you're using this style of trailer just to sell basic goods out of no cooking just selling goods? I'm just completely confused I'm a new vendor I haven't started my business yet and wanted one of these trailers to maybe sell donuts and hot dogs out of but if I have to deal with the health department I may reconsider because apparently it's a pain in the ass ( elija*****@gmail.com )
it is just for sale food now ~, if u want to cook, u have to install hood and oven. Health department will have request and check all the EQ you put inside to check you pass or not , not because the trailer itself~
