In the video it says max pressure is 50 psi correct ? On the webpage under item description it says only cook 5 psi. What is the maximum psi these pressure can do ? pacifically the 100 L. And for the 100L I don’t see a pressure gauge in the video does it come with one? is there a port for a gauge to be installed ? ( mat***@icloud.com )
