Can you give me more information? 1) how is the dough weight adjusted 2) what size of compressor do i need? 3) what does the labor warranty? 4) what dough hydration works on this machine? i noticed the doughs used in the videos were stiffer doughs. 5) what prevents the dough from sticking to the auger (oil or flour ok?)
