I purchase the 50 lt water oil electric fryer I have not been able to use the fryer Because it doesn’t have a manual it only has a booklet written in Chinese. I need to know how much water and how much oil level should be I need this info urgently. I currently own a fried chicken restaurant in the Tahoe area and wanted to see if this would be something we could switch to. If we switch then I would need to purchase at least three fryers.
