There is a leak somewhere by the knob. A fire keeps igniting by the knob halfway through the pop and I have to keep turning off the gas midway through and it’s affecting the quality of my kettle corn. How does this get fixed? ( matthe******@yahoo.com )

Has anyone had success with this machine? A certain recipe? Certain instructions? We have several kettle corn machines (different manufacturer from this one) and have never had issues. We’re having issues getting this one to successfully pop a batch. Any suggestions anyone? I reached out to the company and they don’t have instructions or a recipe for this machine.
