Yes it can be run under 110v
2019-02-04 13:27:39How Many Btu's is the burner. how many cups can be cooked without the stirrer being bogged down. are their magnets on the lid to hold up the lid sides. ( @Anonymous )
There are 20,000 btu's in the burner. Up to 10 cups(subjectively) can be cooked with the stir bogged down. The lids can stay open as the hinges can lock in place.
