Thinking of buying your 48 inch manual griddle. Plan on using in an outdoor kitchen. My concern is with the standing pilot light. I would prefer to shut the pilot light off when not in use. How difficult is it to start the pilot light just when you need it for a cook and then shut it down? ( allse*****@aol.com )
