What precisely is the temperature range, other than the vague "warming temperature" your rep stated? I am aware of food safety standards but will not be using this for food and absolutely require lower temps, guaranteed. 4. Also, not a query but a suggestion. I almost did not finish watching the video. The rep's excessive use of "okay" was distracting and unprofessional. It implies he doesn't know his subject when using filler words. 1. There is no drawer at bottom. 2. Yes the shelf is removable. 3. The temperature range is 125 F to 135 F. 4. Thanks for your suggestion, we will make a better video.
