Hello - Me again, we have had an open question for a few weeks now and are still waiting for follow up. Our cooler runs on defrost ALL the time, and we are looking for help on how the system is configured. It does not seem right to be in defrost mode all the time. Not to mention the noise it makes while in that mode. We've had one text message a week ago from someone who was supposed to send more information but we are still waiting for that follow up. 2020-12-10 13:53:41My cooler keeps going into defrost, is that normal? The instructions that came with the unit are not helpful at all. There is also a red Poking icon in the upper left corner, what does that indicate? The instruction manual does not seem to have any of this info. Any help would be appreciated.
