Without proof of NSF certification, which would be displayed with the machine specifications, they are not NSF. ETL is not the same thing and these machines would not be allowed in jurisdictions that require NSF. you are doing a great disservice to your customers. ( rub***@gmail.com )
Hello, check with your local city/county for certifcation requirements. ETL is normally approved by many health dept.

2021-07-07 09:24:21Hi there I have recently purchased an soft serve machine from an AMAZON dealer. I gave my health inspector the information on it because it was listed as a commercial machine. I heard the gentleman say the machine is NSF certified yet someone else in the questions answered that the ETL is the same. I am in California and we have pretty stringent health codes. I certainly don't want to purchase another machine that doesn't fit the scope of a true commercial, can be used in a food facility machine. ( the1l*****@gmail.com )
Machine is ETL listed. Check with your city, to see if they will approve. ETL should pass.
