On this particular unit what does the error code with two backward L's mean (LL but reversed)? We purchased this unit from you and upon first trying to use it we get this error code and the machine shuts down after about 60 seconds. We have made sure the machine is level and it is plugged into a 220 outlet but still won't run more than 60 seconds. Also, how do you handle returns when machines are D.O.A. on arrival?
