Hi, if the compressor is down, we can send one out to you. But customer must ship back the one defective compressor back to us in order for us to ship a replacement compressor. Or, a customer can pay a deposit, and once we receive the old compressor back, the deposit will be refunded. The compressor on these units can be replaced easily by matching the brand, and model number. Compressors can be purchased online via eBay etc.
